About Care & Venture
Care & Venture was founded in 2022 by someone who witnessed first-hand what happens when people are treated as numbers rather than individuals, first within large systems overseas, then within the disability sector itself.
The belief that drives everything we do is simple: support should feel personal, consistent and genuinely built around the person receiving it. Not around rosters, not around availability, and not around what is easiest to deliver.
We take the time to know each participant: their strengths, their routines, their communication style, and the people who matter most to them. We match support workers thoughtfully, communicate openly with families, and build arrangements that are stable enough to trust and flexible enough to grow with you.
