WHO WE ARE
About Care & Venture
At Care & Venture, we believe good support starts with understanding people. By getting to know each participant and their support network, we create personalised, consistent support built on trust, communication and genuine relationships.
We are a disability support service based in South Australia, supporting participants across the Fleurieu Peninsula and Adelaide. We work with NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed - and we take the time to truly understand who each person is, not just what their plan says.

THE MEANING BEHIND OUR NAME
The name Care & Venture reflects two ideas that shape everything we do.
Care represents stability, trust and reliability - a safe foundation where participants and their families feel genuinely supported.
Venture represents movement, growth and possibility - building independence, confidence and new opportunities.
Both together offer a supportive foundation that encourages people to move forward and grow - in their own way, at their own pace.
OUR WHY
Why Care & Venture Exists
Care & Venture was founded on the belief that disability support should always be personal, thoughtful and centred around the individual. Too often, people receiving support can feel like just another client within a system. We believe support should feel different.
At Care & Venture, we take the time to genuinely understand the people we support. By building meaningful relationships and carefully matching support workers with participants, we create support arrangements that feel respectful, stable and responsive to individual needs.
Families often tell us that what they value most is our responsiveness, understanding and clear communication. We work closely with participants and their support networks to ensure supports remain thoughtful, consistent and adaptable over time.
Our goal is simple: to provide support that people can trust, rely on, and feel genuinely comfortable with.
