A MESSAGE FROM OUR MANAGING DIRECTOR

Carina Rabong
Founder & Managing Director, Care & Venture Disability Support Services
You deserve support from people who know you, respect your choices and understand what matters to you.
Experiences within my own family, growing up in Germany, showed me how much thoughtful, reliable support can mean; for the person receiving it and those close to them. That understanding continues to guide how I lead Care & Venture. Care & Venture grew from my work as an independent disability support worker. As more families approached me than I could support alone, I brought together other workers to provide more consistent support. In 2022, those relationships became Care & Venture.
My belief remains simple: no one should feel like a number. I lead with compassion, clear expectations and accountability, supporting our team to turn that belief into everyday practice. That means listening carefully, maintaining high standards and acting on feedback.
Above all, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and supported to live life in ways that matter to you. I look forward to getting to know you.

OFFICE & COORDINATION
Our Office Team
The people who keep everything running behind the scenes, ensuring clear communication, smooth coordination and consistent support for every participant, family and worker.

Kylie
Care Coordinator
Kylie brings years of hands-on disability support experience, a Certificate III in Disability Support and previous leadership experience to her role. Warm, approachable and highly organised, she is a key point of contact for participants, families and support workers, coordinating day-to-day supports around each person’s needs and preferences.
At the heart of our office, Kylie combines clear communication, careful planning and practical problem-solving with a caring, collaborative approach. As a mum of three teenagers, she brings empathy, energy and an understanding of busy family life. She takes time to listen and build trusting relationships, helping people feel heard, valued and supported.

Katrina

With experience supporting people across different ages and needs, Katrina combines practical knowledge with respect for each person’s preferences, strengths and goals. At Care & Venture, she contributes to care coordination and provides support at home and in the community. Outside work, Katrina enjoys baking, travelling, beach walks and spending time with family and friends.
